Think of the application questions as an extension of your resume – we genuinely review each one! For some roles, we may ask you to meet with an AI interview assistant in lieu of cover letter and application questions.

Meet the Hiring Lead

These interviews are generally a bit more technical in nature, but generally do not involve any specific preparation.

Meet the Hiring Team

This is generally a series of interviews with 1-2 team members. The team will ask you a combination of interest and motivation as well as technical questions.

Our assessments mirror real-world challenges you'll face at Nascent. We know this can be a big ask, and do our best to keep it reasonable and try to make them a little fun as well.

Join Nascent!

The last step in our process is the offer. Prior to offer we'll ask for 2-3 references and complete them. We complete background checks for all team members. Your recruiter will have prepared you for the offer and shared details on compensation and benefits earlier in the process.

Short, time-boxed exercises that surface the core cognitive skills that predict fast learning and repeatable judgment: numerical agility, pattern recognition, probabilistic thinking, and decision speed. Scores are one input among many and only used where predictive for the role.
